Gynostemma AKA five-leaf ginseng, miracle grass, fairy herb, sweet tea vine, or gospel herb, is grassy-sweet and comes with a lightly astringent finish. Fun Fact: Gynostemma is a climbing vine of the cucumber (or gourd) family.
