This naturally withered high grade white tea offers a pale cup with a fresh aroma and a smooth velvety flavor. White tea's naturally low caffeine levels make this a perfect cup for late in the day or evening or for anyone who is looking to limit their caffeine intake.
Jim's Tasting Notes:
Very light tasting, even when brewed at maximum strength. When more heavily brewed takes on a slightly malty taste. When brewed lighter, takes on light floral, almost perfumy taste. There is a mild, sweet overtone at all strengths. Even at maximum strength the taste will be light. Incredibly smooth. Best enjoyed straight, without sweetener or creamers.
