This tea is very ginger forward and the ginger plays nicely with the mildly sweet flavor of the green tea. For a milder, warming cup brew for 3 minutes. For more heat brew longer. 5 minutes provides a spicy cup that should satisfy any ginger lover. A warm and invigorating experience!
